01 Overview
At Antonella’s Deli, we strive to provide high-quality meals and excellent service. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we have a refund and returns policy in place to address your concerns promptly and fairly.
02 Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong order.
- Your order was not delivered.
- The delivery arrived spoiled or inedible.
- The order contained missing items that were paid for.
03 Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- A change of mind after the order has been prepared or delivered.
- Delays caused by external factors such as weather or traffic.
- Orders not collected within the specified time for pickup.
04 How to Request a Refund
To ensure we can resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup.
- Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- If applicable, attach photos of the food received to info@antonellasdeli.co.ke.
05 Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund.
06 Returns and Replacements
- If you received the wrong order or defective food, we may offer an immediate replacement.
- Transport will be catered by Antonella’s Deli on any returned items due to our error.
